Visa requirements for UAE

Before you travel to the UAE, please check your visa requirements and make sure you have a valid visa if needed. Holders of non-standard passports and travel documents may also have different entry requirements: please check your visa and passport requirements below:

No Visa required to travel to the UAE

Citizens of the GCC nations of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia do not require a visa to travel to the UAE.

Visas issued on arrival

If your country of nationality appears on the list below, no advance visa arrangements are required to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International Airport and proceed to Immigration, where your passport will be stamped with a 30-day visit visa free of charge. This can be extended for an additional 30 days at an additional charge.

Visa to be arranged in advance of travel

Travellers from countries not listed above will need to arrange a visa in advance of travel, this can be arranged through the conference hotel latest 10 working days prior to arrival in Dubai, please bear in mind that the weekend in Dubai is on Fridays & Saturdays. To apply through the hotel please send the following to the hotel:

1. A clear colour copy of your passport details
2. A clear colour passport sized photograph
3. Downlaod, complete and sign this attached form (download form)
