1. CONFIRMATION
   Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment (e.g. copy of bank transfer document) and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received within the offer period. Metal-Pages Ltd.reserves the right to recharge to delegates any costs incurred as a consequence of registration fees and other payments not being received.

2. CANCELLATIONS
   Registration cancellations received in writing prior to one calendar month prior to the meeting will qualify for a full refund of the registration fee less UK£100/US$200/€150 administration fee. No refund will be given on cancellations received after this date although delegate substitutions will be accepted. If no substitution is given the full documentation will be forwarded to the delegate after the events.

3. HOTEL
   Hotel reservations and payment are the responsibility of each individual delegate.

4. TIMINGS AND PROGRAMME
   The timings of the programme are approximate and may be subject to change. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the schedule is as published, neither Metal-Pages Ltd., nor their employees, associates or agents accept any liability or responsibility for delays or amendments to the published schedule and it is recommended participants extend their travel insurance to cover this. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that speakers, papers, topics etc that are announced in advance actually materialize, neither Metal-Pages Ltd., nor its employees accept any liability or responsibility in cases where they fail to materialize.

5. CANCELLATION OR CURTAILMENT OF THE EVENT BY METAL-PAGES
   In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or curtailed due to any reason beyond the control of Metal-Pages Ltd., or it is necessary or advisable to relocate or change the date and/or location of the event, neither Metal-Pages Ltd., nor its employees will be held liable for refunds, damages and/or additional expenses which may incurred by delegates. We therefore recommend prospective delegates to arrange appropriate insurance cover. In the event the conference is cancelled by Metal-Pages Ltd., as a result of any reason which in the opinion of the Metal-Pages Ltd., make it commercially prudent to do so, such a lack of support, then all delegates will be refunded their delegate fee. The delegate agrees that under these circumstances he will have no further claim against Metal-Pages Ltd.

6. EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY
   Neither Metal-Pages Ltd., nor their employees accept any responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or accident to any person or property due to the negligence or otherwise of the companies, their management, employees, servants and agents, which may occur during the event and/or provision of the aforesaid services and it is therefore recommended that prospective delegates arrange appropriate insurance cover.

7. IMMIGRATION
   Where appropriate, delegates are responsible for ensuring they are in possession of the correct immigration documentation (visa etc.) for entry into the country in which this event takes place. Neither Metal-Pages Ltd.,nor its employees, associates or agents, accept any responsibility arising from the immigration authorities' refusal of right of admission to the country.

8. DELEGATE LIST
   The delegate list distributed in the delegate pack at the event will contain only the names of those delegates whose registration fee has been received at the time the list is produced. Delegates whose registration fees have not been received will not appear on the list. Where applicable, delegate lists issued in advance of the event will contain only the names of those delegates whose registration fee has been received at the time the list is produced.

9. DATA PROTECTION
   The personal information shown on the registration form or provided by you will be held on a database and may be shared within Metal -Pages Ltd.in the UK and internationally. This information will be used to keep you informed of Metal-Pages Ltd.products and services. Sometimes your details may be obtained from, or made available to, external companies who wish to communicate with you offers related to your business activity. Conference delegates may also have their name, job title and company details made available to other conference attendees.
