What is included in the registration fee?
Attendance of all the conference sessions, cocktail parties, lunches and coffee breaks as specified in the conference programme. The delegate pack and copies of the presentations in a digital format.
Does the conference fee include attendance of field trips and optional dinners?
No, unless otherwise stated in the individual conference programme, attendance of any field trips and optional dinners, where applicable, are subject to payment of an additional fee
Does the conference fee include hotel accommodation or travel costs?
Hotel accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee, Metal-Pages is not responsible for either making or cancelling hotel reservations on behalf of delegates. This is the responsibility of the delegates who are liable for their own hotel costs.
Travel to and from the event is also the responsibility of the delegates.
Am I insured by Metal-Pages for the event?
No, all delegates are responsible for their own travel insurance for the event.
Will my company name appear on the main delegate list?
Provided that you have registered and paid for the conference prior to 14 days before the event your name will appear on the main delegate list. If you register and pay less than 14 days before the event your name will go on an addendum list.
How can I arrange to have my special needs met, such as meal requirements or wheelchair access?
If you have special needs, please notify Metal-Pages’ Customer Service prior to making your travel arrangements.
May I photograph or videotape keynote presentations or the sessions?
Video taping, audio taping, and photographing of Metal-Pages’ conferences without the prior written consent of Metal-Pages in each instance is expressly prohibited.
What language will be used during the conference?
The official language of our conferences will be English unless otherwise stated in the specific details for a particular conference.
How can I make appointments with other delegates?
Once a minimum of delegates have registered we will open the online messaging system. We will inform you by e-mail when it will be opened.
I am interested to speak at one of Metal-Pages conferences – how can I do this?

We can accept payment by bank transfer, company cheque, MasterCard, Visa and Amex
What currencies do you accept?
We can accept payment in Pounds sterling, U.S.Dollars or Euros, payments made by credit card will be debited in Pounds sterling.
What if I am unable to attend – what is your cancellation policy?
A full refund subject to a 25% handling charge will be promptly made for all written cancellations received up until one calendar month before the meeting, after which time no refunds will be made. However, a substitute delegate can be made at any time.
